Mr. CK Tan
Executive Chairman
Mr. CK Tan is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience across electronics manufacturing, semiconductors, EMS, and AI edutech. He currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at NationGate Solution and has held senior leadership roles at Intel, Freescale, Globetronics, and BlueChip VC. A strong proponent of IC Design and IR 4.0, he also chairs UniqGuru EduTech. Additionally, CK contributes extensively to academia, holding advisory or academic roles at multiple universities, including current positions at Suzhou Centennial College (China) and Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMap).
Dr. Gwee

Dr. Gwee Sai Ling is a transformative academic professional and people-centered leader dedicated to driving youth empowerment and educational innovation. With over two decades of experience, she served as Head of the School of Business and Administration at DISTED College, managing academic teams and leading high-value international collaborations. As the former General Manager of the Penang Youth Development Corporation, Dr. Gwee successfully mobilized thousands of youths and volunteers, while launching major platforms for leadership, digital talent, entrepreneurship, personal, and career development. Holding a PhD in Environmental Economics, she focuses deeply on developing holistic talent for a technology-driven future.
Mr. Hizam Hashim
Principal
Mr. Mohamad Hizam Hashim is a Senior Lecturer and Business Development professional with 38 years of combined industry and academic experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business Development, and Higher Education. He has held senior positions with Intel Technology as a Commodity Manager, DHL as a Logistics Operations Manager, and GCH Retail (Giant & Guardian) as Regional Logistics Manager for East Malaysia. He also served at DRB-HICOM University of Automotive Malaysia in various academic and leadership roles, including Head of Programme/Lecturer, Business Development Manager, and Principal of University Village. He currently serves as an Adjunct Fellow at the Centre of Policy Research, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and a Fellow at Innovative University College, while contributing to professional training, consultancy, and business development. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and an MBA, and is a Certified HRD Corp Trainer, Chartered Member of CILT-M, and Professional Technologist (MBOT).
